Zimbra Collaboration Suite is currently version 7.2.0. The most recent updates of Zimbra include the following enhancements:

A tabbed interface for easy switching between functions
Appointments and emails are created in separate tabs, allowing the user to switch between other sections (i.e. Mail, Calendar, etc.) during the process of creating the appointment or email
The ability to copy and paste appointments
Save a calendar appointment without sending the invitations
Suggested times for meetings based on attendees’ availability
Read receipts
Ability to subscribe to external calendars (such as Google calendars)
