Web Help Desk User Support Service

The Information Technology Help Desk is pleased to introduce Web Help Desk, our online service management system. Available to all faculty, staff and students, WHD provides a one-stop online source for opening, viewing, and managing support tickets. Anyone who needs to can log into the system and do so from anywhere (office, classroom, dorm room, off-campus). Web Help Desk’s system will automatically route your request to the appropriate IT office to be acted upon. There’s also a Knowledge Base where information on a wide number of topics can be found.
